I love lululemon's clothing and their manifesto.  I've always had the perspective that physical fitness is only part of a live lived to full potential.  It is not an end in and of itself, but rather the launching point for continually moving your life forward. 

This spirit is embodied by lululemon.  More than a product line; more than a store; they promote a lifestyle that is exactly in line with what I live and what I teach. 

The lululemon ambassador program is extended to unique individuals in their store communities who embody the lululemon lifestyle and live their culture.  It's an honor and a privilege to serve as an ambassador for the lululemon store in the Annapolis Towne Centre.

Along with the other ambassadors - a select, distinguished group of other local fitness professionals - I'll be co-hosting periodic fitness classes and events so be sure to check the calendar (see below.)
