Want to give your mom the same "gift" I gave mine?

Here are the details of my Mother's Day workout/present to my mom.
See the details below, watch the video, then get your TRX!

She's 68-years old, has had recent major foot surgery, and has all of the usual aches and pains that you'd expect at this point. She needs a realistic approach to fitness that is effective, time-efficient, and at the right intensity for her to get started without overdoing it. She'd never exercised with the TRX before I put her through this so it's clear that just about anyone can use it.

Fitness Anywhere: Make your body your machine.

The "dirty little secret" of the fitness industry is this: The easiest type of workouts to design are those for athletes.  The sport dictates the type, intensity, and duration of the movements they need to perform. Not to mention their high fitness levels coming in. This tiny minority is overserved by the fitness industry. On the other hand, the vast majority of regular people out there are given inadequate or unrealistic fitness solutions.

Not if I have anything to say about it!
Here's a workout for everyone and anyone...
